ROLE DESCRIPTIONKevin Flurry - State Farm Agency is searching for an outside sales representative who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn opportunities into long-lasting client relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in agency marketing, and community development. - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Property & Casualty insurance license
- Client portfolio preferred

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
